It started in Houston Texas as Morales brothers Mark, James, Joshua, and Phillip started a band in their parents house 5 years ago. Inheriting rhythmic talent from their father and grandfather, their natural vocal craft and instrument mastery are all a product of hanging out in the attic jamming to their favorite Beatles and T-Rex tunes. In 2003 Mark, James, and Joshua moved to Los Angeles to up the stakes and try to land a record deal. Phillip stayed behind in Texas, and the 3 brothers added California native Bernard Yin to the mix. Their style is steeped with transitional "can't put your finger on it" comparisons. Ranging compliments defer to The Clash, The Beatles, Santana, Queen, The Strokes and more. A rare breed of parallels, these alt-pop-rock-punk guys just recorded their freshmen album for Universal Records with renowned bang-up producer David Kahne. They are currently on the road with Nightmare of You and She Wants Revenge. Look for the album to drop sometime in the summer of 2006 and for younger brother, Timothy Morales, to join in on keyboard for the next tour. Read more on Last.fm.
