Bearstronaut is a synth-pop/dance-rock band from Lowell, MA. Bearstronaut formed of Dave Martineau (Guitar/Vocals), Paul Lamontagne (Synth/Guitar/Samples), Phil Boisvert (Bass/Synth/Vocals), and Luke Steere (drums) in Lowell MA during the fall of 2007. Drawing from influences of brit-pop, new wave, shoegaze, and electro, the group has been working to develop the sound of a live dance party.
