Chris Lawyer & Thomy

Chris Lawyer & Thomy is a club/house duo from Hungary best known for their hit single We Gonna Feel It. Chris Lawyer originally produced some tracks for his own personal joy. Thomy is working as DJ since 1994. On the summer of 2006 this two men met in a party where Thomy played on that night. Chris later show some tracks that he produced to Thomy and after that they started to work together. With this relationship they produced the track 'We Gonna Feel It' in the end of 2006. For the work Thomy gave his experience and knowledge and Chris gave his talent and dynamics because of his youth age. The track bringed a little fame to this two guys. On the international music this song debutet in Bob Sinclar's radio show on Radio FG in 19 Jan. 2007 and after the most wanted djs played it as well like Roger Sanchez, Alex Gaudino, Chris Montana, Til West, Gadjo, Mr Groove, Pakito, David Vendetta, Agent Greg, etc. At this point some of the hungarian record companies wanted to have a contract for this song. But Chris Lawyer and Thomy signed with Pornostar records finally. The Pornostar records took the track to Miami WMC 2007. There the greek Planetworks and italian D-Vision showed some interest and after that they bought the licenses for this track. The Gambafreak vs.III Sound Academy from the label D-Vision also made some remixes for this track. In the world more than 20 pieces of selections had the track on it and there are also lots of mix CD-s were also included this track, or one of it's remixes. In Turkey thce track have still in the 1st place of the Radio Charts for 16 weeks and it was a well-known hit in Hungary, Greece, Cyprus, Macedonia as well. The second hit of Chris Lawyer and Thomy was the track "Shine on me" wich were no.1 for 11 weeks in Club FM one of the most important dance radio stations in South-Europe and also got on Beatport house chart to the position of 19. In 2008 the "We gonna feel it" remixed by Consoul Trainin and got a vocal because of the big success. With the new tracks the guys started a new european tour and they were in Macedonia, Kosovo, Cyprus, Turkey, Greece, Serbia and Slovakia, and they were played with some star djs like Chocolate Puma or Milk&Sugar or Tommyboy. After the tour Chris and Thomy had been inspirated with brand new experinces. So they went straight to the studio and wrote their new tracks: 'I've Been A Bad Girl and Step Lesson and released them under the name Been Bad Ep. The guys latest remix for Dragon S- Get Funky has reached the 3rd place on Junodownloads. But Chris & Thomy didn't stop to work. Their upcoming single is almost finished. Now, they work together with the most sucsessfull female vocalist in the Hungarian Underground RNB scene, called Palej Niki. The track will be released with remixes from Consoul Trainin, Agent Greg and others...
