Cloudride is an explosive mixture of silent melancholy and deep anger discharging in a storm to replace boredom and monotony by a wave of emotions. A music of great melodies and hymnic choruses, vast sound landscapes and brachial outbursts. Cloudride love to play with this contrast; they feel equally at home bringing their guitars to explode after a sensuous interlude or combining deceptively beautiful melodies with bitter sweet lyrics. After their 2006 Album Overlooked (Helium/RecRec) Cloudride will release their new EP “Vincent” as a free download on this website as well as on cloudride.com, last.fm and 78s.ch.
