Distorted Youth

Distorted Youth was a hardcore / hardcore punk genre inspired band from Rīga, Latvia formed somewhere around year 2001. Band split up during their second full length album (which was more post-hardcore waved than first one) recording session in year 2003 - mentioned album didn't became finished and released. Distorted Youth have participated in many underground or less scene events, such as legendary "Tabūns" (with bands like Antimaniax & Sick Of Silence) open-air event in Kuldīga and more. Also in nowadays Distorted Youth word is still alive by their part in some local music scene compilations - Latvian Punk / Hardcore Vol. 1, and other. The original lineup: Mārtiņš Brūveris - vocals; Raivis - guitar; Dzintars - guitar; Deniss Fedotovs - bass guitar; Edgars Āboliņš - drums (currently All Day Long).
