(German version only) ES23 wurde 2004 von Daniel P ins Leben gerufen, doch wirklich spannend wurde es um ES23 erst im Jahre 2007. Diese Zeit war eher eine Findungsphase". In dieser Zeit wurden die ersten Demo-Tracks bzw. das erste Demoalbum "ENDLESS" kreiert und im Bekannten- und Freundeskreis herumgereicht. Im Jahr 2005 wurde dann mit Gesang herumexperimentiert. Hieraus ist der Song "Inside" entstanden. Daraufhin wurden noch weitere Songs geschrieben und auf Underground Compilations veröffentlicht. 2007 wurde Daniels Freund Tim festes Mitglied bei ES23, da er bereits Unterstützung in Text-findung gab. In der darauffolgenden Zeit folgten wiederrum neue Tracks, Beiträge auf diversen Compilations, Samplern und auch einige Remixe (reAdjust, Animassacre,Wynardtage). Im Mai 2008 wurde dann eine erste 6 Track Demo, genannt "Born" veröffentlicht. Das erste gemeinsame Ergebnis des Duos. Diese 6 Track Demo wurde abermals an Freunde, Bekannte, Fans und diesmal sogar an viele DJs verteilt. Aufgrund der positiven Kritiken entschieden Daniel und Tim das erste Full-Album zu kreieren. Genau ein Jahr später am 17.05.2009 veröffentlichten ES23 ihr erstes Full-Album, genannt GOD²³ in einer streng limitierten "FRIENDS AND FANS EDITION", wobei einige befreundete Bands Remixe anfertigten, die auf einer zweiten CD dem Album beigefügt wurden. Passend zu diesem düster-dunklen Album folgten einige Interviews und CD Reviews. Es blieb allerdings nicht ruhig im Hause ES23. Nein, es folgten nämlich wieder Remixe wie z.B. für Solitary Experiments, wobei ES23 den Remix Contest gewonnen hatten und sich einen Platz auf der Ltd. Ed. gesichert hatte. Daraufhin bekam ES23 das ersten Live- Gig Angebot im Rahmen der Blütenasche Release Party in Gladbeck zusammen mit Blütenasche und All the Ashes.
