Heads Hands & Feet were a British rock and country-rock band formed in 1971. They broke up in 1973. They are best remembered for the guitar work of legendary guitarist Albert Lee. The group formed from the ashes of Poet and the One Man Band in 1969, and in 1971 had released their debut on Capitol Records as a double LP in America and a single disc in Europe (they had recorded an entire album in 1970 that remained unissued until 1996, see below). The record received highly positive reviews, particularly for guitarist Albert Lee's playing style. Their second album, Tracks, followed the next year, but despite critical acclaim, internal tensions in the band resulted in a breakup in 1973 before the group's third release, Old Soldiers Never Die. In 1996, the unreleased album from 1970 was released as Home from Home. The members of 'Heads Hands and Feet' provided the core backing for Jerry Lee Lewis's album "The Session" recorded in London 7 to 11 January 1973.
