Lotfollah Majd (1917-1978) was a Persian classical tar instrumentalist born in Ghaem Shahr, Mazandaran County, Iran. He has played tar in the National Radio and Music Institute and as part of the Golha Ensemble. Among his contemporaries and often collaborators were Gholam Hossein Banan, Navab Safa, Abol Hassan Varzi, Hussein Tehrani, and Adib Khansari. Read more on Last.fm.
