Drawing upon countless moments of inspiration, Nashville resident Kevin Erwin sews together concepts and emotions to give you the audio & visual experience that has become Lunova Labs. Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area, Erwin developed his aesthetic for music and art in a vibrant, diverse culture. Being a self-taught pianist he performed in a couple experimental hardcore bands in his teenage years. Always being fascinating with the music of Aphex Twin and Brian Eno he began producing electronic music from an early age. Towards the end of his teen years he became weary of the rave culture and moved to Tennessee for a change of everything. Erwin always has a burning frustration with the generic lack of creativity in the electronic music scene and is always seeking for a way to innovate and inspire new ideas in this world so comfortable with the status quo.
