Miltos Schimatariotis a.k.a. MLT was born in Athens (Greece) in 1982. At the age of nine, he started piano and music theory lessons and soon he attempted his first compositions using the piano. As time went by, he increasingly felt the need to arrange his musical ideas in a “completed product”. When he was about 16 years old, he gathered his first gear (synthesizers, computers etc) and made his first tries in music production. Since then, he has gone through many genres of electronic music (psychedelic trance, ambient, progressive etc). In 2000, he moved to Rethimno, Crete in order to study Music Technology & Acoustics and went on with experimentations in even more genres of music like rock, pop or trip-hop. In 2003, he joined the Unicorn-Music/Cosmicleaf roster and started his first releases. Now, he is back in Athens creating a better studio for his productions and working as a sound engineer, remixer and arranger.His music at the moment is down-tempo in general, which he likes to blend with many different sounds and genres...
