Peanut was a mid-sixties stage name of Katherine Farthing (born on 11 March 1951 in Trinidad). She also recorded as Kathy Kissoon (late '60s), Leanora Kissoon (early '70s) and, most successfully, as Katie Kissoon (late 70s to mid-'80s).
