www.facebook.com/septembermalevolence www.septembermalevolence.com September Malevolence made it's first rehearsal in February 2004. Six months later we had a few songs that we really liked and over the course of two weeks we put nine of them to tape, eight of which became our debut album “Tomorrow We’ll Wonder Where This Generation Get’s It’s Priorities From”. The Silent Ballet (.com) thought the album was worth the nr 4 spot on their list of the 50 best instrumental albums of 2005. Several tours all over Europe and several band members later we began to work on our second album entitled “After This Darkness There’s A Next” that saw the light of day in October 2007. Taking steps away from the traditional instrumental post-rock, this album was an evolution of the bands sound, with much more vocals, shorter songs and a darker, more gloomy atmosphere. Almost four years later, in September 2011, we release our third album entitled “Our Withers Unwrung”. An album recorded over a few hot summer weeks, once again together with Per Ola Eriksson. Old friends of September Malevolence will still be able to recognize the sound, but this time the songs have evolved into shorter and more straight forward songs shaping an album that what we feel have a perfect blend of vocals and instrumental tracks. We like to think that September Malevolence still explore new grounds and maybe, just maybe, found the nerve and the sound we’ve always been searching for. Needless to say it feels good to be back, and we are currently more excited than ever to go back on the roads of Europe and share this with everyone this fall. With love, September Malevolence Members: Martin Lundmark - Voice, bass, guitar Tobias Netshagen - Guitar, voice, piano Daniel Pettersson - Drums Read more on Last.fm.
