Starlet Suicide

starlet suicide was formed in may 2004. jennyfer star decided to start a new band which she could front after leaving glampunk band swindle-a-go-go. she decided to ask rikki riot, a guy who once crashed into a party on her balcony, to play bass in the band and he was interested. after realizing that the perfect guitarist would not answer any of the ads the have put out, jennyfer went to a gigs with paradice to ask if their guitarist theodor paine was interested in joining her band, and he was. so they started rehearsing some songs. since they didn´t seem to find a drummer they hooked up with karl thunder (also from paradice) to try if things worked out. he decided to help them out until they found someone else. at the end of july 2004 the band started recording their first demo, which resulted in a recording named "broken doll", that consists of four tracks; "it´s a disease", "you make my heart go", "steal my pride" and "waste me away". in december 2004 the band parted ways with karl thunder and made friends with a new drummer, sammy sparks. after doing some gigs around sweden they recorded four new tracks, in may/june 2005. these four songs became their second demo, "out of your league" which consists of the tracks; "try to break me", "hairspray lover", "over the top" and "i´ll be gone". in october 2005 starlet went on a european tour with french band BAM!! [dtg]. in january 2006 dallas chrome replaced theodor paine on guitar. after the quiet month of august, starlet broke the silence and delivered the EP "makin all the noize" with the following songs: "makin all the noize", "heartless", "shake it up" and "dirt". www.starletsuicide.com!
