Startisan

Startisan was previously known as Streamilne (NY). Startisan formed in Baton Rouge, Louisiana as a musical melting pot. Combining members from four of the most successful original bands in the state, they have become a fine-tuned Frankenstein of sonic ingenuity. Thoughtful, poetic lyrics are interwoven with sweeping guitar lines and aggressive percussion forming a compelling fusion of heart, soul and honesty (à la the singer/songwriter genre) with the force and power of a full-on rock band. The band’s immersive, infectious sound combined with an energetic and constantly evolving live performance makes Startisan a true marvel worthy of attention.
