The Butties are a The Beatles cover band that formed at Syracuse University (Syracuse, New York) in 1983, best known for their Christmas album "12 Greatest Carols" which was released in 2000. Their version of "Joy to the World" - done in the style of The Beatles' "Please Please Me" - has been featured on NBC's Scrubs and the motion picture soundtrack to Christmas with the Kranks. Their cover of "Eight Days A Week" has also been featured on Scrubs. The members are Mark Humble (Guitar), Sam Lloyd (bass), Paul F. Perry (Guitar & Keyboard) and Robbo Morey (drums).
