Lyric writer Tim Jensen is a long-time collaborator with anime soundtrack producer/composer Yoko Kanno. He has written the lyrics for many of her songs, including pieces from Cowboy Bebop, Wolf's Rain and SAC. He is probably most well known as the voice on Cowbob Bebop's opening track "Tank " and for writing the lyrics of "Lithium Flower" used as the ending theme to the popular anime series, "Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex." "Run Rabbit Junk" "Rise " Another aspect of Tim's career is his constant collaboration with The Seatbelts, a band associated with and run by Yoko Kanno herself, Maaya Sakamoto, The Brilliant Green, Super Junkey Monkey, Doping Panda, Meister, Troy and many other artists. Troy, an alias he has used for many of Yoko's songs is also the name of the band he formed in the late '90s. (NOTE. the picture shown here is not that of lyric writer Tim Jensen) Other song lyrics written by him include "Blue", "Rain", "Call Me, Call Me", "Run Rabbit Junk", "Is It Real?", "Rise", "Gravity","Gotta Knock A Little Harder" , "My World Down" , "Monochrome", "Colors", "Stray" Read more on Last.fm.
