An Apoptygma Berzerk side-project with Stephan Groth from Norway. The music is ambient mixed with techno. They released the album 'In Thru Out' in 1996. As far as side projects go, Total Transformation is a bomb from the very start. Even with the cute track titles, this album is nothing but collection of far too long cheesy instrumentals. In fact, the music on this CD is akin to much of the bad Techno that came out of Europe during the late 1980's. The overabundance of hi-hats, repetitious basslines, and mindless percussion is just the start. The vocal samples are just as tedious and nauseating as the rest of the music. I had expected something better from Stephan Groth than a rehash of the early British Rave scene. However, it appears that some genres of music won't die, and this includes bad Techno." - Quote from http://www.sonic-boom.com/review/total.transformation-1.html Read more on Last.fm.
