Number One Son were a British nu-metal band from Liverpool with a melodic edge. 2001 album 'Majority Of One' was critically acclaimed because of songs such as 'Hourglass' and 'Contrasts'. In the following years they released a new album 'Lessons' after changing drummers. Despite also being critically acclaimed it never recieved the attention of its predecessor. The band followed rebranded themselves as The Action releasing a demo before disbanding. Drummer Si and guitarist Andy now play in Black Spiders. Read more on Last.fm.
